La Marina Holiday Villas

Our beautiful, privately owned, holiday villas situated in the pretty rural urbanisation of La Marina just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The 2 storey villa is an excellent holiday home and has a large rooftop solarium, off road parking and planted garden area.

Five minutes from beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches backed by a lovely expanse of pine trees, close to all amenities, a shopping area with restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, taxi rank, bus stops and supermarkets, there is a sports centre and two large public swimming pools both with children’s sections.

This area is known as ‘the market garden of Europe’ with an abundance of orange, lemon, almond, olive and artichoke groves. There is an infinite variety of International cuisine, as the surrounding towns have 100’s of restaurants from which to choose.

Property & Facilities:

The semi-detached spacious 2 storey villas have a terrace, large rooftop solarium, off road parking and planted garden area. It is near communal pools (1 minute walk) with children’s section and are for residents only. Scenic views over the surrounding countryside and sea.

Living/dining room: Three and two person sofa’s, coffee tables and dining table.

Kitchen: Modern fully fitted, hob & oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cooking equipment, washing machine.

Bathrooms: 1st floor bathroom, ground floor shower room.

Bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twins (sleeps max of 6 people)

Entertainment: TV with English channels, Sky Moviemax, Premier and Sky Sports etc. CD stereo system. DVD Player.

Travel:  

La Marina is just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport and the development is well served for access by road.
Whilst staying at our holiday home you will find it easy to get about locally as there is a frequent local bus service to all local towns, markets as well as a shuttle bus service to the beach in the summer months.

Guardamar is just 5 mins drive away and has beautiful beaches, a pine forest and a marina. In Alicante visit the castle of Santa Barbara and Eusebio Sempere Museum and stroll along the esplanade on the sea front.

New theme park, Terra Mitica, in Benidorm which is a great day out for all the family with rollercoasters, water rides and shows etc - a bit like Alton Towers with the sun (1 hours drive).

Stroll through Europe’s largest palm forest at Elche and lose yourself in the sub tropical gardens of the ’Priests Orchard’ (20 mins drive)

Two local Aqua Parks and a Go- Kart track nearby.

Evening and daytime markets in the locality (Guardamar, Torrevieja, Alicante etc)
Local Attractions:  

Fabulous beaches many of which have been awarded the ‘Blue Flag’ to signify safe swimming and cleanliness.

Torrevieja fishing town Torrevieja is a charming old fishing town with its own harbour, two marinas and small fishing fleet (20 mins drive)

Sports: The opportunities for sport and leisure are boundless and include sailing, yachting, diving, horse riding and fishing. For those who enjoy walking there are beautiful valleys and mountains and historians will love to explore the ancient villages and churches.

Golf: There are four top class golf courses. The closest course is La Marquesa situated 5 miles away at Rojales. The remaining three courses are in the Torrevieja area about 25 minutes drive from La Marina (VillaMartin, Campamor and Las Ramblas).

Booking Procedure:

Following receipt of your enquiry form your holiday reservation will be confirmed by email/telephone. You will then need to send a deposit of £100 to secure your booking.

The balance of your holiday payment should be received no later than 6 weeks before your departure.
